English: These rice dumplings are pre-cooked and frozen. No thawing needed. Place in a pot, cover completely with cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and boil for 15–20 minutes. Make sure the centre is piping hot before serving.
中文：本品为熟制冷冻粽子，无需解冻。放入锅中，加入冷水完全没过粽子；大火煮开后转中火煮15–20分钟，确认中心完全热透后食用。
 
Reheating Instructions (pre-cooked frozen rice dumplings): No need to thaw — place directly into a pot. Add cold water until the dumplings are fully covered. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 15–20 minutes. Make sure the centre is completely heated through before serving.
